Refund policy

Our hope is that you love everything you order from Brittain and Wyatt, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. 

We have a 14-day return policy.  This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  To keep our everyday prices low, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 

In order for an item to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and with original tags. Please include the original invoice that was shipped with all items when returning. Please email us or write a note on the invoice as to why you are returning the item(s). 

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once the return is received. After it is processed, a store credit will be emailed to you.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order immediately and contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your items.  If item(s) is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item(s), please let us know so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns. If a final sale item is returned to us, you will not be refunded. 

Other items considered FINAL SALE include socks, teethers, loveies, and bibs.
